The ambitious project involves the remodeling of the main house, the guest house, the garage, the basement and the creation of a garden with different pavilions that allow the use of the plot in different seasons and situations.

The current home has a very careful design, with details in all rooms, rounded corners, large presence of arches and use of natural materials. The project proposes reinterpreting the style of this house, adapting it to the current moment, but without losing the main references of the original home. In this way, a reform that refers to the curve in each of the rooms, reinterpreting it on the walls or in the false ceiling.

In addition, the ground floor is unified, eliminating small rooms and allowing the day area to become in a fluid and connected space but maintaining the possibility of separating through flexible and sliding elements the different rooms. The design seeks sobriety through the use of few materials that are repeated throughout. of the rooms.

Local natural materials are always used. The main elements of the project are oak wood natural, travertine, manual terracotta and the use of a continuous floor.
